Shipping policy

We only ship to Malaysia and Singapore at this time. Shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

PENINSULAR MALAYSIA (1-3 business days)

  • RM10 flat rate for orders below RM400
  • Free shipping for orders above RM400

SABAH AND SARAWAK (3-7 business days)

  • RM30 flat rate for orders below 6.0kg
  • RM50 flat rate for orders above 6.0kg

SINGAPORE (3-7 business days)

  • RM40 (S$12.50) flat rate for orders below 6.0kg
  • RM60 (S$19.00) flat rate for orders above 6.0kg

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] business days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times above start from dispatch, not from the order date. Orders placed during sale periods may take longer, and we will email you if so.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change it, email help@woloyoga.com as soon as possible. We can only change it if your order has not been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the re-delivery shipping fee will apply.

Customs, duties and taxes (Singapore)

Orders to Singapore may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout. [Confirm whether GST is collected at checkout.] Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted as late delivery.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the delivery times above, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, email help@woloyoga.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and the outer packaging. Report damage within [7] days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Without Checkout+, the outcome is handled case by case and a replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select in your cart for RM7.90 per order. It protects your order against shipping risks and gives you free returns.

How to get Checkout+

  • Select Checkout+ in your cart before you pay. It cannot be added after your order is placed.
  • It applies to the one order it was bought with, and to every item in that order.
  • It cannot be transferred to another order or person.

Shipping protection

Checkout+ covers your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse:

  • Lost in transit: your order has not arrived within [14] business days of the estimated delivery window.
  • Damaged in transit: your order arrives damaged because of shipping.
  • Marked delivered but not received: the carrier shows your order as delivered, but you did not receive it.

If your claim is approved, we send a free replacement of the affected items. You do not need to wait for the carrier's investigation.

How to claim:

  1. Email help@woloyoga.com within [14] days of the delivery date, or within [21] days of dispatch for a parcel that never arrived.
  2. Include your order number. For damage, attach photos of the item and the outer packaging.
  3. We confirm your claim within [2] business days, then ship your replacement or process your refund within [5] business days.

Free returns

If you return an item within our 30-day return window (see our Refund and Warranty Policy), we reimburse your return shipping cost up to RM50 per order.

How to claim:

  1. Email help@woloyoga.com within 30 days of delivery to request your return, and mention that you bought Checkout+. Wait for our approval before you ship.
  2. Ship the item back in its original packaging and keep your courier receipt and tracking number.
  3. Email us the receipt and tracking number.
  4. Once we receive the item in good condition, we process your refund and reimburse your return shipping within [5] business days, to your original payment method.

If your return shipping cost is above RM50, you pay the difference. We recommend choosing a standard, tracked service.

What Checkout+ does not cover

  • Delays that fall within the estimated delivery window.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
  • Orders seized, held, or taxed by customs.
  • Items damaged by misuse, or any damage after delivery.
  • Returns outside the 30-day window, or items not in good condition and original packaging.
  • Return shipping you booked without our approval.
  • Manufacturing defects, which are handled under our 100-day warranty.

Fees and limits

  • The Checkout+ fee is refunded in full if you cancel your order before it ships. After it ships, the fee is non-refundable, including if you return your items.
  • Compensation for a shipping claim is limited to the price paid for the affected items, not including the Checkout+ fee or shipping fee.
  • One shipping claim per order.
  • We may decline claims that appear fraudulent or abusive, and may stop offering Checkout+ to the customer concerned.
