Here’s how it works:

  • Try our products for 30 days: Whether it’s the Mastery Yoga Mat, Away Travel Mat, or any of our accessories, you can test them out for a full month.
  • If it’s not the perfect fit: No problem! Simply let us know what didn’t work for you, and we’ll give you a full refund—no hassle. Your feedback helps us understand how we can improve our products for the next person.

  • Items must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made on woloyoga.com and does not cover products bought from third-party sellers.

Here’s what our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects: If you notice any issues with the materials, stitching, zippers, or other components, reach out to us within 3 months of purchase.
  • Free replacement: Once we’ve confirmed the defect, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Important note:

  • This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Claims apply to the original product purchased and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
  • The warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from woloyoga.com.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Replacement

Here’s what to do if you need to return an item or claim a warranty:

  1. Get in touch: Send an email to help@woloyoga.com within 30 days for returns or within 100 days for warranty claims. Please provide your order number and details about why the product didn’t work for you or what defect you’ve noticed.
  2. Provide evidence if needed: For warranty claims, we may ask for photos of the issue to help us evaluate the problem.
  3. Send it back: Once your return or claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product. If it’s a return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item in good condition. If it’s a warranty claim, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the issue is verified.
