How heavy are Wolo’s yoga mats?
The Mastery yoga mat is weighed at 2.8kg. It’s slightly heavier than some other mats because of the 4mm rubber for cushioning.
The Away travel mat weighs at 1.3 kg. It's designed to be lightweight and foldable for travel use.
The Align yoga pad is weighed at just 1kg! We created them to pack up super small so that you can easily take them with ease.
What’s the dimension of Wolo’s yoga mats?
Both the Mastery and Away mats are 183cm long x 68cm width. Thickness wise, the Mastery mat is 4mm thick and the Away travel mat is 1.5mm thick. The Align yoga pad is 60cm long x 40cm width x 4mm thick.
Are the yoga mats safe for human and pets?
Yes, our mats do not contain PVC, adhesives, and other harmful substances. Instead, they are made using 100% natural rubber and planet-friendly polyurethane leather. And the materials are SGS-certified.
It's safe for your family members (you, your kids, and your pets) to enjoy the mat everyday with peace of mind.
Do Wolo’s yoga mat work if I have sweaty palms?
Yes, all our mats come with a moisture-wicking layer that absorbs sweat instantly and ventilate well—to provide the grip you need even with sweaty palms.
Can I customize the yoga mat?
Unfortunately, we do not provide individual customisation services at the moment. If you like to order in bulk with customisation, please email us at hey@woloyoga.com
How do clean and take care of the yoga mats?
Cleaning and taking care of our yoga mats are easy. After each use, gently wipe the mat with a damped cloth and let it air dry before rolling. We recommend using oil-free cleaning products or vinegar & warm water. Always keep the surface away from oil and fat (including any oil-based cleaning product), try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice. To protect the top of the mat, store it away from direct sunlight and avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.
How long will the yoga mats last?
Our yoga mats—and all other products—are made using durable and long-lasting materials. Most of our customers haven't experienced any issues with their mats after using them daily for over a year.
However, it's normal to see some changes in colour, stains, and light scratches. They are the proof of your hard work!
Is your products come with a warranty?
No, but we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. We guarantee a 1-to-1 replacement or full refund if the purchased products are defective or damaged OR you received the wrong items.
Please email us at help@woloyoga.com within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Once the claim is approved, you will receive the replacement or full refund within 14 working days.

Order & Shipping
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of payment methods on our website. You can checkout with any debit and credit cards via Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Or you can choose to pay with bank transfer via FPX and buy now pay later via Atome.
Do you have physical shop?
No, we don't have a physical shop at this time. However, we do set up pop-up stores from time to time. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we fed up with the internet and ready to get offline.
Please let us know if you want to see us in your favourite pop-up events.
How long can I receive my order?
Once you’ve successfully checked out, we will process and fulfill your order in 1-2 working days.
You can expect to receive your order in 3-7 working days if shipping to a Peninsular Malaysia address and 5-14 working days if shipping to a Sabah, Sarawak, or Singapore address.
Do you ship to [my country]?
We only ship to Malaysia and Singapore at this time. Our logistic team is working hard to get Wolo into new regions. Please email us at hey@woloyoga.com if you have to see us in your country.
How much does the shipping cost?
It depends on your shipping address. The shipping cost is RM10 flat rate to Peninsular Malaysia, RM20 flat rate to Sabah and Sarawak, and S$7.50 (RM25) to Singapore.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, you get to enjoy free shipping with order over RM300 to an address in Peninsular Malaysia only.
What’s my order and delivery status?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive a tracking number/information via email once your order was fulfilled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping information for your order, please reach out to us at help@woloyoga.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist to change it for you, but do note that the shipping address can only be changed if we have not arranged the shipment.

Customer satisfaction is one of the top values we hold ourselves accountable to as a team and a business.
We guarantee a 1-to-1 replacement or full refund if the received items are defective, damaged, or not match with your order. You can learn more about our return and exchange policy here.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
Simply email us at help@woloyoga.com with your order ID, email address you use to place the order, and the reason for refund or exchange (preferably with photos or videos).
A few things to note:
- Claims must be lodged via email within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.
- Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund.
When will I get my refund or exchange?
Once we have evaluated the situation with the evidence provided, we will issue a 1-to-1 replacement or full refund within 14 working days if the request is approved.
If it's a refund, the payment will get credited back into the account or card you used for the purchase.
