We’re building the go-to yoga and wellness brand for Southeast Asia and beyond. Based in Malaysia, we’ve been featured on VulcanPost and BFM Radio, and we’re on a real growth journey — from 6-figure to 7-figure revenue.

The Role

Full creative ownership from day one, working directly with founders who actually watch every video you make. You’ll own the content engine for a growing brand producing 4–6 video ad creatives per week for Meta, plus content for Instagram and Shopee.

This isn’t a “execute someone else’s vision” role. You’ll work directly with our founders, contribute your own creative thinking, and see your work go live — and perform — in real time.

This is a fully remote role. No office, no commute — just you, your camera, and the freedom to do your best creative work from wherever that happens.

Small team, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy. We respect your autonomy and genuinely invest in your growth.

What You’ll Do

→ Produce 4–6 video ad creatives/week for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
→ Create organic content for Instagram Reels and Shopee
→ Concept, shoot, direct, and edit — end to end
→ Appear on camera or direct talent when needed
→ Work from creative briefs and iterate based on ad performance
→ Collaborate with our founders on strategy, launches, and brand direction

What We’re Looking For

✓ Experience producing video content for Meta ads (direct response, not just branding)
✓ Comfortable on both sides of the camera
✓ Video editing skills you’re confident in — fast and clean
✓ Highly self-directed — remote-ready, output-focused, accountable without supervision
✓ Open to using AI tools (or already do) to work faster and smarter
✓ Genuine interest in yoga, wellness, or the active lifestyle space
✓ Based in Malaysia or able to work in MYT timezone
